Play Koob on grass, sand, snow, or carpeting. Each surfaces changes the feel of the game. Playing on grass requires more accuracy than playing on carpet, for example. Playing Koob as a beach game allows teams to concentrate on their defense because the pieces don't slide or bounce in the sand as they do on grass. Koob is also portable and waterproof.
