Here’s what some of our
customers say about Koob at camp.
“The first thing he did when he got home was to get on
the internet and find out how to order Koob. It was the favorite thing
at camp.”
Robin who’s son played at camp (Toronto, ONT)
“Koob is the best investment we
made this summer. I
just had to call and tell you how popular this game is.” (The counsellors take it
home on their days off between sessions to play.)
Vicki, Girl Scout Camp Director
“Well, our traditional campers
loved Koob all summer, which was no surprise because it's a
thinking person's game that everyone can play equally, not just
the athletes. So boy was I surprised when the highly competitive,
very active wrestlers we just hosted went nuts over it! When asked
on their evaluations what was the best part of camp a huge number
said KOOB followed by numerous**********! We had scheduled some of
them for KOOB while others did high ropes, swimming in the pool
and climbing tower. I could hear them hooting up in the field for
the whole time. Then the next day when they had a chance to choose
what field game they wanted to play I was asked for the Koob
bags. It was
great. Thanks for a
great game.”

Koob is great for camps because
it is well suited to tournaments and games can be ongoing. Games
can involve as many as 12 players or as few as 2. Kids of all abilities can
play together because teamwork is the key to winning. Because Koob allows
for the kids to set-up and play the game with minimal supervision,
it is a fun activity break at sports camps, too. The Viking heritage
of Koob adds some rustic mystique to the game, too.
If you offer a family camp at
the end of the season, Koob will be a popular game for all members
of the family.
